Canadian screen actress who is famous for playing Bo Dennis in Lost Girl. Her first appearance was on CBS' Blood & Treasure, starting 2019 Earthstorm (2006) as well as The Perfect Neighbor (2005). Silk was born Fredericton New Brunswick Canada, her father being Peter Silk who is an academic. His wife Ilkay is a performer also a director and producer as well as playwright. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna's first memory is of seeing her mother work in the kitchen and going to play rehearsals. Silk made many commercials while she was still a tiny teenager. She earned a Bachelors degree of Arts in 1997 from St. Thomas University. Theatre St. Thomas was responsible for at least 2 performances in the early days of theatre. These were Seven Menus (1997) and The Kitchen (1998). Samuel as well as Levi are the sons of Seth Cooperman. In 2009, she landed as the lead role in Lost Girl. CNN recognized her work as Bo, together with Lauren on Lost Girl. E! also named it the Best TV Couple 2013. Entertainment Television. Silk has gained an enormous online following as a direct result of its influence on social platforms.
